My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location, situated on a hill, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the staff were extremely helpful and spoke English, which made communication a breeze. the rooms were beautifully decorated and everything felt new. the hotel also had a convenience factor, being only a short drive away from a fantastic outlet mall where I was able to do some great shopping.

Honestly, there were no negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and up to my expectations.

We also received a room upgrade for our long stay, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the resort has ample free parking, which was convenient for us.

The facilities were excellent, with a clean and well-maintained pool area. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and snacks in our room upon arrival and the friendly and accommodating staff.

We wish there was a sign for the room indicating whether we wanted housekeeping services or not. the lack of variety in snack options at the mini-bar was disappointing.

The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area with stunning views of the Tuscan landscape. It was only a short train ride to Florence, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was better than some of the restaurants we've been to. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to come back!
